General Terms of Service
Binding legal contract between LuvSMM Panel and registered users.
By accessing, creating an account, depositing balance, or placing orders on LuvSMM Panel (accessible via https://growthos-main.ai.studio/ or connected reseller API endpoints), you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are solely responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Account Eligibility & Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to register and operate an account.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials, 2-factor authentication secrets, and wholesale API tokens.
- Any actions performed through your authorized API token or active session are deemed legally authorized by you.
- LuvSMM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in fraudulent chargebacks, API flooding, or unauthorized scraping.
These terms apply equally to individual retail buyers, media agencies, corporate brands, and wholesale SMM panel operators utilizing our automated REST API.
Refund Policy & Auto-Refill Warranty

Automated Account Balance Refunds
If an order fails, is rejected by server filters, or is partially delivered due to target link restrictions or server constraints, the remaining unfulfilled portion is automatically refunded 100% back to your LuvSMM balance instantly without requiring support tickets.
Refill Guarantees & 30-Day / Lifetime Safeguards
Services tagged with Refill Guarantee (e.g., 30 Days, 60 Days, 365 Days, or Lifetime) include free top-up refilling should the count drop below the start count + delivered count. Refill requests can be triggered directly via the 1-Click Refill button in your dashboard or via the API refill endpoint.
Deposit & Payment Gateway Non-Reversibility
Once funds are deposited via UPI, Paytm, QR, NetBanking, Cards, or Crypto, the deposited balance is dedicated to purchasing SMM services. You agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes. Filing an unverified chargeback will result in immediate account termination, API key revocation, and forfeiture of remaining balance.
Wholesale API & Reseller SLA Agreement
Integration protocols, rate limits, webhooks, and uptime assurances.
LuvSMM provides a standard REST API (v2 specification) for automated ordering, status polling, balance retrieval, and refill automation. Panel owners, ERP platforms, and agency bots must adhere to the following API usage terms:
Continuous spam polling of completed orders or deliberate socket exhausting may trigger automated API key throttling. Resellers are encouraged to integrate webhook callbacks or implement sensible polling intervals (> 60 seconds).
Service Delivery, Execution & Speed SLAs
Operational parameters, dispatch timelines, and link formatting requirements.
LuvSMM provides social media optimization and promotional services for platforms including Instagram, YouTube, Telegram, TikTok, Facebook, Spotify, Twitter/X, and more. All services are governed by the following operational standards:
Estimated start times and daily speeds displayed on the Services Explorer are operational benchmarks based on recent network telemetry, not absolute guarantees. During major social media platform algorithm updates, temporary queues may occur.
Clients must provide public, correctly formatted URLs. Orders submitted with private account URLs, typo-ridden links, or restricted video formats cannot be cancelled once processed by upstream server clusters.
Do not submit two identical orders for the same URL simultaneously on different panels or server nodes. Wait for the initial order to mark Completed before submitting an additional order to ensure accurate start count indexing.
Our promotional traffic routes through residential proxy chains designed to preserve account safety. We do not require passwords or administrative privileges to your target accounts.
Privacy & Data Security Disclosures

We value your operational privacy. We do not sell, rent, or lease customer data or promotional targets to third parties. All network communications are encrypted end-to-end via 256-bit SSL protocols.

LuvSMM Panel will not be held liable for any damages you or your business may suffer. LuvSMM makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. We do not guarantee that your social media accounts will not be suspended or flagged by third-party platforms (such as Meta, YouTube/Google, ByteDance, or Telegram) as third-party platform algorithms operate under their own terms.
