By using LuvSMM services, you agree to the terms below. Our services begin processing instantly after an order is placed; therefore, only specific situations qualify for refunds or refills.

2. Refill Policy (For Dropped Services)

For eligible services, we provide a refill guarantee if followers, likes, or views drop during the warranty period of that specific service.

Refill Terms

• Refill is available only for services marked with “Refill” or “Guarantee.”
• Warranty duration varies by service (7 days, 14 days, 30 days, etc.).
• Refill applies only if the delivered amount drops below the purchased quantity.
• Refill claims must include the order ID and proof of drop.
• Refill requests should be submitted before the warranty period expires.

If a service is marked No Refill / No Guarantee, it is not eligible for replenishment.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in specific cases as outlined below. Because services start instantly after ordering, refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed orders.

Eligible Refund Situations

• Your order has not started within the maximum start time listed on the service.
• The service was unavailable or disabled at the time of ordering.
• A technical issue prevents the system from delivering the service.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Order already started or completed (full or partial).
• Wrong link, username, or private account provided by the user.
• User changed the profile link during delivery.
• User added multiple panels or services on the same link simultaneously.
• Drops on services that have No Refill.
• Misunderstanding of service speed or perceived “slow delivery.”
• Service quality expectations that do not match the service description.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your LuvSMM wallet balance (not to bank/UPI/PayPal).

4. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they begin processing. If the order has not started, you may request cancellation by contacting support.

5. Wallet Balance Policy

Funds added to your LuvSMM wallet are non-refundable.
Unused wallet balance can be used for any LuvSMM service but cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

6. Important User Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery:
• Do not place orders on the same link from multiple SMM panels.
• Ensure that the account is public during delivery.
• Do not change username or delete post while delivery is ongoing.
